EXPLANATION: Reimburse Pickens County School District for legal fees.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 309, after line 33, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ (SDE: Pickens County School District) Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Education, $245,000 shall be allocated to the Pickens County School District for the reimbursement of legal fees. /

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
