EXPLANATION: Require state board for tech to the appropriations to Tri-county Technical school to $1.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 25, STATE BOARD FOR TECHNICAL & COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION, page 361, after line 2, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/ (TECH: Tri-County Technical School) The State Board for Technical and Comprehensive Education Shall reduce the amount of recurring funds appropriated to Tri-County Technical School to $1. /

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
