EXPLANATION: Restricts agencies from spending funds on microsoft copilot

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 572, after line 9, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/(GP: Microsoft Copilot Restriction) For the current fiscal year, funds appropriated or authorized in this act may not be expended by any state agency to utilize any version of Microsoft Copilot./

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
