EXPLANATION: Suspends the requirement for CTCs to spend twenty five percent of C Funds on the state highway system

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 572, after line 9, by adding an appropriately numbered proviso to read:

/(GP: State Highway System Expenditures) The requirements of Section 12-28-2740(C) pertaining to "C" Fund expenditures on the State Highway System shall be suspended for the current fiscal year./

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend totals and titles to conform.
