The Committee on Judiciary proposes the following amendment (SJ-808.BJ0002S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 16-7-10(C)(4), (5), and (6) and inserting:

  (4) telephone or cell service; or
  (5) satellite or internet service.; or
  (6) other services necessary for home and commercial properties.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
