Senator Hembree proposes the following amendment (SEDU-3924.DB0006S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 45, by striking Section 61-14-330(A) and inserting:

 (A) A person engaged in the business of selling retail hemp-cannabinoid beverages must post in each location that he has obtained a license, a sign with the following words printed: "The possession of hemp-cannabinoid beverages by a person under twenty-one years of age is a criminal offense under the laws of this State, and it also is unlawful for a person to knowingly give false information concerning his age for the purpose of possessing or acquiring hemp-cannabinoid beverages. The purchase of a hemp-cannabinoid beverage regardless of age may violate federal law and subject you to federal prosecution" The department shall proscribe by regulation the size of the lettering and the location of the sign on the seller's premises.
