Rep. YOW proposes the following amendment (LC-4767.PH0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Section 41-9-150. The noncompete provisions of this chapter only apply to hospitals owned and operated by this State.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
