Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 2 and inserting:

 SECTION 2. The requirements of Section 57-5-880, as added by this act, expire on July 1, 202620312032, unless otherwise extended by the General Assembly.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
