Rep. BAMBERG proposes the following amendment (LC-3034.AHB0005H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by striking Section 47-3-610(B) and inserting:

 (B) A person who violates a provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not less than two thousand dollars nor more than five thousand dollars or imprisoned not more than five yearsone year, or both.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
