The Committee on Judiciary proposes the following amendment (LC-5401.HDB0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 2, by striking Section 38-53-84(C) and inserting:

 (C) Failure of the bondsman to maintain compliance with the reporting requirement of subsection subsections (A) or a violation of subsection (B) shall be reported to the South Carolina Department of Insurance by the solicitor for administrative action whereby the bondsman's license may be fined, suspended, or revoked.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
