 Senator GOLDFINCH proposes the following amendment (SM OUTSIDE COUNSEL):

 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 59, OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, page 433, after line 30, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/ (AG: Outside Counsel) Outside counsel providing services to the Attorney General on behalf of the state's citizens and taxpayers on a contingent-fee basis shall report detailed information regarding the hours worked, services performed, and fees received from the state, provided this reporting does not undermine the attorney-client privilege./ 

 Renumber sections to conform.

 Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
