Rep. MCCRAVY proposes the following amendment (LC-3924.PH0016H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 39, Section 61-14-900, by adding a subsection to read:

 (G) It is unlawful for a current member of the General Assembly or an immediate member of a current member of the General Assembly to possess an ownership interest in a manufacturer, producer, or wholesaler that sells psychoactive hemp-cannabinoid products for a period of ten years after the member ceases to be a member of the General Assembly

Renumber sections to conform.
