 Senator CAMPSEN proposes the following amendment (5126R017.KMM.GEC.DOCX):

 Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 109, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, page 509, after line 10, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/109. ____ (DOR: Sales Tax Exemption Report) From the funds appropriated to the Department of Revenue, the department must provide a report to the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee and the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee providing the following information:

 (1) the total amount of the exemption claimed pursuant to Section 12-36-2120(79)(A)(1) and (2) of the S.C. Code;

 (2) the number of entities claiming an exemption pursuant to Section 12-36-2120(79)(A)(1) and (2) of the S.C. Code;

 (3) the name of each entity; and

 (4) the amount of the exemption claimed by each entity. /

 Renumber sections to conform.

 Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
