Rep. KING proposes the following amendment (LC-883.AHB0005H):

Amend the concurrent resolution, as and if amended, subsection (B), by inserting an appropriately numbered item to read:

( ) introduction, receipt, and consideration of legislation requiring reimbursement to candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives of filing fees and all other costs and related expenditures regarding U.S. House of Representatives congressional districts that have been redrawn in 2026 such that they are no longer qualified to run in the district in which they originally filed, and receipt and consideration of conference and free conference reports regarding this matter.
