Rep. BEACH proposes the following amendment (LC-11.VR0003H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Section 1-11-720(A) of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

 (32) school district board of trustees.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
