Senator Sutton proposes the following amendment (SMIN-4709.MW0001S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, Section 11-35-5350, by adding a subsection to read:

 (F) The provisions of this section do not apply to a contract for a public works project, or for the purchase of materials for use in a public works project, if the project is funded, in whole or in part, with monies allocated from the South Carolina Housing Trust Fund pursuant to Section 31-13-450, or with any other state funds administered by the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority.
