Rep. GRANT proposes the following amendment (LC-5683.HA0003H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Chapter 19, Title 7 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

 Section 7-19-55.  The General Assembly shall only determine redistricting once in a decade unless otherwise required by federal law.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
