Rep. SCOTT proposes the following amendment (LC-5683.AHB0022H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

SECTION X. Chapter 19, Title 7 of the S.C. Code is amended by adding:

 Section 7-19-130. The General Assembly is required to reimburse counties for all implementation costs associated with conducting a special election and runoff, if necessary, regarding redrawn congressional districts.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
