Senator Bright proposes the following amendment (LC-3305.DG0005S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking SECTION 1 and inserting:

SECTION 1. (A) The source of revenue appropriated in subsection (B) is nonrecurring revenue generated from the residual balance of nonrecurring funds from the General Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.This revenue is deemed to have occurred and is available for use in Fiscal Year 2026-27 following the Comptroller General's close of the state's books on Fiscal Year 2025-26.

 (B) The State Treasurer shall disburse the following appropriations by September 30, 2026, for the purposes stated:

 (1) X220 � Aid to Subdivisions   $351,000,000.
