    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 57-3-755 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SHALL MAINTAIN AN ONLINE TRANSACTION REGISTER OF ALL EXPENDED FUNDS IN A SPECIFIC MANNER, TO SPECIFY RELATED INFORMATION THAT MUST BE INCLUDED, TO PROVIDE THE REGISTER BE PROMINENTLY POSTED ON THE INTERNET WEBSITE OF THE DEPARTMENT, AND TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT MAY CONSULT WITH THE COMPTROLLER GENERAL FOR CERTAIN QUESTIONS OR ISSUES CONCERNING THE REGISTER. - ratified title
