    A Bill to amend Section 38-75-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to a foreign or alien fire insurer being required to write on the face of each fire insurance policy issued by it the name of the county entitled to an allocation of the premiums thereon and the location of the property so insured, so as to make this provision applicable to all fire insurers.
