A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Sections 38-43-107, 38-45-35, 38-47-15, and 38-49-25 so as to require an individual applying for an insurance agent's, broker's, adjuster's, or damage appraiser's license from the Department of Insurance to furnish the Department his business and residence address and to require notification to the Department within thirty days of any change in address.
