    A Bill to amend Section 38-65-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirements for group life insurance policies, and Section 38-71-730, relating to the requirements for group health, group accident, and group accident and health insurance policies, so as to delete the requirement that seventy-five percent of employees or members shall participate before the policy may be placed in force.
