A Bill to amend Section 12-35-1120, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the application of the sales tax to furnishing of rental accommodations, so as to exempt from sales and accommodations taxes the portions of the gross proceeds of furnishing rental accommodations attributable to greens fees when the fees are paid to a golf course.
