    A Concurrent Resolution to declare that it is not in the best interest of the State of South Carolina at this time to approve any additional commercial incineration capacity or incineration capacity to manage any operational practices at the GSX facility in Sumter County that may have resulted in environmental impairment in the past, and to request the Department of Health and Environmental Control to examine existing commercial capacity and the requirements of in-state industry and the results of this examination should be considered when determining applications for the issuance of any incineration permits or permits for expanded capacity at commercial incinerators.
