    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-600, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the taking of a child into custody, notice to his parents or guardians, and his transportation and release so as to revise the time period within which certain written reports must be submitted to the Department of Youth Services concerning the child and the time within which the Family Court must hold a detention hearing, and to make other technical and reference changes in the Section.
