    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-1-140(B) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO A VETERAN DESIGNATION ON A DRIVER'S LICENSE, TO PROVIDE THAT AN APPLICANT FOR A NEW, RENEWED, OR REPLACEMENT DRIVER'S LICENSE MAY APPLY TO THE DEPARTMENT TO OBTAIN A VETERAN DESIGNATION ON THE FRONT OF HIS DRIVER'S LICENSE BY PROVIDING A UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE, A NATIONAL GUARD BUREAU REPORT OF SEPARATION AND RECORD OF SERVICE, OR A UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE HONORABLE DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE.
