A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-28-115 SO AS TO PROVIDE A NECESSARY DEFINITION IN THE "PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT IN THEIR CHILDREN'S EDUCATION ACT"; AND TO AMEND SECTION 59-28-180, RELATING TO RELATED EXPECTATIONS OF PARENTS, SO AS TO PROVIDE SCHOOLS SHALL PROVIDE PARENTS WITH A RELATED PLEDGE OF PARENTAL EXPECTATIONS DURING ANNUAL REGISTRATION BEGINNING WITH THE 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR.
