A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 2-1-106 so as to provide that no person employed in state government in a full-time salaried office or position may receive compensation from any other agency or department of state government, including institutions of higher learning, to define compensation for this purpose, and to provide exceptions.
