    A Bill to amend Section 44-6-150, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the creation of the South Carolina Medically Indigent Assistance Fund, so as to replace per capita income with personal income as one of the factors which must be used in computing each county's assessment to the fund, to specify, for fiscal year 1985-86 only, the amount of each county's contribution to the fund, and to make the provisions of this Act retroactive to the effective date of Section 19 of Part II of Act 201 of 1985.
