H 3393 General Bill, By I.K. Rudnick and R. Smith
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 4-1-180 so as to require the governing body of a county to give public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the county at least thirty days before it orders the construction of a new correctional facility or the renovation or enlargement of an existing facility and to specify the size of the notice.
