H 3440 General Bill, By Sharpe
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-5-4455 so as to provide that any new motor vehicle with lights and windshield wipers sold or offered for sale after July 1, 1990, in this State must be equipped so that when the windshield wipers of the vehicle are turned on, the lights are also turned on.
