    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-15-20 so as to provide that a state employee whose annual compensation is in excess of eighty thousand dollars may not receive supplemental employment or income from sources outside the state agency primarily employing him when the supplemental income is derived from the State, to provide for the cap to be raised for inflation, and to provide exceptions.
