A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 42-15-67 so as to provide that an employee who for reasons of injury or medically determined restrictions is unable to return to the job or jobs held at the time of the injury is entitled to Vocational Rehabilitation services as may be reasonably necessary to restore him to suitable employment, and provide for related matters.
