    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-7-22 so as to require the Joint Legislative Committee on Children and Families to prepare a family impact statement on Bills and Resolutions that may have a significant impact on the family and to require state agencies to prepare a family impact statement on agency policies and on regulations and to require the Joint Legislative Committee on Children and Families to report to the Governor and to the General Assembly recommendations to strengthen the institutions of marriage and the family and this State.
