    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 2-3-25 so as to provide if a member of the General Assembly resigns or is expelled, he must repay any compensation received on a pro rata basis, and provide that if he does not, the Comptroller General shall withhold that amount from any retirement benefits he receives.
