    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-37-220, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO EXEMPTIONS TO THE PAYMENT OF AD VALOREM TAXES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ONE VEHICLE OF A SURVIVING SPOUSE OF A VETERAN CLASSIFIED AS TOTALLY AND PERMANENTLY DISABLED DUE TO A SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITY IS EXEMPT FROM AD VALOREM TAXES FOR THE LIFETIME OR REMARRIAGE OF THE SURVIVING SPOUSE.
