A Bill to amend Section 20-7-780, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the records concerning juveniles and certain required confidentiality thereof, so as to provide that the fingerprints of any child and his photograph may be taken at the time he is taken into custody by a law enforcement agency for a violation of law which would be a criminal offense if committed by an adult, and to provide that these fingerprints and photographs taken are subject to the same confidentiality provisions of this Section.
