    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-53-600 SO AS TO DEVOLVE TEMPORARILY THE POWERS, DUTIES, AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DENMARK TECHNICAL COLLEGE AREA COMMISSION UPON THE STATE BOARD FOR TECHNICAL AND COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION, TO REQUIRE THE STATE BOARD TO ISSUE QUARTERLY STATUS REPORTS AND TO STUDY THE MOST EFFECTIVE, EFFICIENT DELIVERY OF TECHNICAL COLLEGE EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES; AND TO REPEAL THIS SECTION ON NOVEMBER 1, 2018. - ratified title
