Summary: Uniform start date for schools
    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE 59 OF THE 1976 CODE, BY ADDING SECTION 59-5-72, TO ESTABLISH THAT THE START DATE FOR ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF THIS STATE MUST NOT BE SET EARLIER THAN AUGUST 25TH OF EACH YEAR AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE SCHOOL END DATE MUST NOT BE SET MORE THAN SEVEN DAYS AFTER THE LAST DAY OF THE PALMETTO ACHIEVEMENT CHALLENGE TEST.
