S 0744 General Bill, By Drummond
    A Bill to amend Section 48-1-90, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to pollution of the environment, so as to provide a criteria for determining the amount of damages by using the methodology recognized in biological and environmental disciplines and, in the case of damage to the fisheries resources, the American Fisheries Society Methodology must be used.
