    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-63-70 SO AS TO LIMIT TO SIX HUNDRED THE NUMBER OF STUDENTS ON EACH PUBLIC SCHOOL CAMPUS, TO REQUIRE REPORTING WHEN ENROLLMENT REACHES FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE SCHOOL DISTRICT TO ISSUE WAIVERS ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
