A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-125 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT BOOKLETS OR INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS DESIGNED TO EDUCATE APPLICANTS FOR A SOUTH CAROLINA DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PERMIT SHALL BE PRINTED IN SPANISH AND IN ANY OTHER LANGUAGE IN WHICH THE WRITTEN EXAMINATION FOR THAT PARTICULAR LICENSE IS GIVEN.
