Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, MACROBUTTON NoMacro <> , by striking the MACROBUTTON NoMacro <> undesignated paragraph and inserting:

  (5) not operate a transfer station.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
