The Committee on Ways and Means proposes the following amendment (LC-3800.DG0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 12-36-2120(74)(a) and inserting:

  (a) as defined under federal and state Medicaid and or Medicare laws;

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
