Rep. WOOTEN proposes the following amendment (LC-287.VR0003H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 44-95-65(M) and inserting:

 (M) The Attorney General, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), or the South Carolina Department of Revenue or any state or local law enforcement agency shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this section and to seize and destroy any ENDS products that are not listed on the directory, at the end of the grace periods provided herein, and which are in possession of a distributor or retailer. The cost of seizure and destruction shall be borne by the manufacturerdistributor or retailer from whom the ENDS products are seized.
