Senators Alexander, Massey, and Campsen propose the following amendment (SJ-238.PB0002S):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 2-1-180(B) and inserting:

 (B) For the purposes of the Administrative Procedures Act, the one hundred twenty-day period that the General Assembly has to review state regulations is tolled from the second ThursdayFriday in May untilthrough the second Tuesday the followingMonday in January.

Renumber sections to conform.
