Senator Matthews proposes the following amendment (SMIN-3007.MW0001S):

Amend the concurrent resolution, as and if amended, Page 1, by striking line 33 and inserting the following:

related and appropriate fiscal restraints to include the parameters of the usage of tariffs.

Renumber sections to conform.

Amend title to conform.
