The Committee on Medical, Military, Public and Municipal Affairs proposes the following amendment (LC-3022.VR0001H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, SECTION 1, by striking Section 43-21-130(A)(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), and (9) and inserting:

  (1) the Governor or histheir designee;
  (2) the Director of the Department of Social Services or their designee;
  (3) the Director of the Department of Public Health and Environmental Control or their designee;
  (4) the Director of the Department of Mental Health or their designee;
  (5) the Director of the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs or their designee;
  (6) the Director of the DivisionDepartment on Aging or their designee;
  (7) the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services or their designee;
  (8) the Chairman of the Joint Legislative Health Care Planning and Oversight Committee, or his designeethe Director the Secretary of the Department of Veterans' Affairs or their designee;
  (9) the Chairman of the Joint Legislative Committee on Aging, or histheir designee;

Renumber sections to conform.
