Rep. PACE proposes the following amendment (LC-3832.HDB0002H):

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking all after the enacting words and inserting:

SECTION 1. Chapter 62, Title 12 of the S.C. Code is repealed.

SECTION 2. This act takes effect on July 1, 2025. Provided, any rebates, credits, or incentives earned pursuant to the provisions of former Chapter 62 of Title 12 before the effective date of this act may be claimed in the manner provided therein.
